Rebecca McHale is GDIT’s senior vice president of human resources and communications. Rebecca oversees all matters related to people management and development, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, global mobility, corporate giving as well as employee engagement and internal communications.
Previously, Rebecca served in several leadership positions at Peraton, including chief human resources officer and chief information officer. Prior to that, she served as chief information officer and chief information security officer at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Mary Washington and her master’s degree in discrete mathematics and computing applications from Royal Holloway, University of London.
